Initiation Hockey Tournament 2012
The Merritt Minor Hockey Association's initiation division hosted a six-team tournament at Nicola Valley Memorial Arena Saturday. The local teams were undefeated. Below are some of our shots from a game between Kelowna (blue) and Merritt (white) players.

The Merritt Centennials were humiliated on home ice last night at Nicola Valley Memorial Arena, losing 9-0 to the high-flying Penticton Vees. Ladies' Bonspiel 2012 - Merritt Curling Club
January 20-22, 2012. A total of 12 Merritt teams competed in the 16-team tournament, with Merritt teams Reynoldson and Murdoch taking the A and B pools respectively. Clearwater's Anderson team won the C division. Photos by John O'Connor/Merritt News.
