A Kamloops man is dead after a head-on collision involving two vehicles on the Coquihalla Highway north of Hope.
RCMP said in a press release that a 39-year-old man from Chilliwack was driving his minivan northbound in the southbound lanes of the highway.
His vehicle hit an oncoming Chevrolet Impala driven by the 33-year-old from Kamloops. Both men were killed in the crash. No names have yet been released.
Police said road and weather conditions were not contributing factors, but they haven't ruled out alcohol as a factor in the crash.
