Popular musical acts Gorillaz Sound System, Hot Pink Delorean, and Tito Deville have been announced as some of the headliners for the inaugural Electric Mountain Music Festival.
Promoters say performing acts will be confirmed all the way up until the Labour Day weekend when the three-day event will be held.
Junior Sanchez, Downlink, Mat the Alien, Lazy Rich, Kissed with a Noise, DJ Timeline, and Hirshee are the other newly announced performers set to grace the various Active Mountain stages.
"We expect to sell anywhere from 1,500 to 3,000 tickets this year," says Meghan Edmondson, Regime Entertainment's communications director.
She says that despite some of the reports in the media, Electric Festival will not be a rave, although it will put on some electronica shows.
