Dear Editor:
I read with disgust about the dog chained and dragged on the vehicle of his owner. This story aired on CTV News on Monday, June 28. My wish is for this person to receive the fullest punishment and fined.
Too bad we couldn’t do the “eye for an eye” punishment.
I give Angel’s Animal Rescue Society and Dr. Paul Molnar’s vet clinic kudos. They do a heck of a job, but they do need money donations to help with the cost of caring for these animals, as we do not have an SPCA, which I think every city/town should have.
I give to the SPCA every year and feel good to do so.
