A 47-year-old Merritt man is facing charges for allegedly refusing to provide a breath sample.
On Feb. 27 at approximately 9:30 p.m., RCMP say they pulled over a the man in his pick-up truck after he allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign.
As a result of the check, RCMP say it was determined the man had been drinking alcohol.
A Lower Nicola man is facing charges of impaired driving following an RCMP check near Merritt Speedway.
An 18-year-old Lower Nicola man is scheduled to appear in court for charges of impaired driving.
On Feb. 29 at about 3:45 p.m., Merritt RCMP checked a pickup truck near the Merritt Speedway in Lower Nicola and determined the driver was impaired.
